Challenges
Developing an immense property
with limited objective and specific request from owner desire of privacy & isolation. From discussions, we were able to discover the dream, passion, function, style and a unique idea
for the residence.
Concept
Build “A Palace Overflowed with Luscious Greenery.” 3D masterplanning concept elevate beyond a typical house. Inspired by Meiji Castle idea, the vast area of 20Ha were optimized
by offering a ‘special passage’ as a winding journey to the residence.

Forming a massive maze-garden,the trackway and pathway also entertains a refreshing ritual upon exiting and entering the home.
The concept answered the desire of hidden privacy, as well as concealing a hidden gem of castle-like villa.

During execution stages, we had been assisted by external partners.
Villa Sumatera collaborative success has inevitably rewarded us full trust from owner, and later commissioned 3D to handle many more great Palembang projects in the future.
