Challenges
Marking our second collaboration with the owner, the project began with no specific aspiration, leading to uncertainty of concept at first.
3D probes a lengthy assessment to better understand the client’s needs.
Concept
“Be able to come back to a home to unwind from a stressful day of workloads” idea was the brief.
We came up with “Tropical Modern Home” with a relaxing & refreshing Resort-like residential concept to suit the household’s busy lifestyle.
Project Highlights
This has become one of our best highlight, because the project has “a soul” with high aesthetic values. The client were really pleased, for the results truly was beyond their original needs. Building a cozy and unique home of their wish, the overall comforts were supported by superb air circulation, effective ambiance of lightings and great acoustics.
